LinkedIn ghostwriting for fintech and financial services executives

Build authority on LinkedIn without adding another job to your week.

I turn your experience and opinions into consistent LinkedIn content that sounds like you. I write the posts, design the visuals, run the approvals, schedule and publish everything, and report on the results each month.

Based in Australia. I schedule calls and approvals around US time zones.

For fintech founders, CEOs, and senior executives

You already know you should be posting.

I work with leaders at US fintech and financial services companies: fintech SaaS, tax and accounting technology, wealth management, and lending. If you're outside finance, I'm probably not the right fit, and I'll say so on the call.

  1. 01You're raising, or heading into a raise, and investors are looking you up.
  2. 02You're hiring, and candidates read your profile before the recruiter calls.
  3. 03You want customers and partners to know what you stand for before you walk into the room.
  4. 04Marketing keeps asking for LinkedIn content, and you never get to it.
  5. 05You start posting, then real work takes over and the profile goes quiet again.

What you've probably tried

Writing it yourself.

It works for a few weeks. Then real work takes over.

Using AI.

The first draft arrives quickly, but making it accurate and recognizably yours takes the time you were trying to save.

Handing it to a generalist.

The calendar gets filled, but the writing misses the industry knowledge and judgment that make your perspective worth following.

How it works

You approve. I do the rest.

One call upfront, twenty minutes a week, and one call a month. That's your side of it.

  1. 01

    Voice capture

We start with a one-hour call about your background, your opinions, and what you want to be known for. I build your voice profile and content pillars from it.

  2. 02

    The weekly batch

You receive three to five posts each week, each with a visual: a photo you provide, a branded carousel, or a one-page infographic in your company colors. Everything lands in a Google Doc. Marketing can review first if you have a team, then you give final approval.

  3. 03

    Publishing

Once approved, I schedule every post through Buffer on your behalf. You connect the account, so I don't need your LinkedIn password. Posts go out on weekdays, timed for when your audience is online.

  4. 04

    The monthly report

On the first of each month you receive a dashboard covering the numbers, what they mean, and what I'll adjust next. We review it in a 30-minute call, with the questions sent beforehand, and look at the longer trend at 90, 180, and 365 days.

The results · 12 months with one fintech CEO

Every month added followers.

  • 621,022impressions in 12 months, up from roughly 75,200 the year before
  • +2,405new followers, from 5,138 to 7,543
  • 72%of impressions came from people who weren't already following him

His incoming Chief Product Officer received a cold call from a recruiter, went to his LinkedIn profile, read his last 50 posts, and decided she wanted to be part of the company. Two account executives were also hired through his posts.

"Very impressive results! Thank you for making a difference and an impact."

CEO, fintech

Ten years inside financial services

I know the industry I'm writing about.

I spent seven years at an Australian bank helping business customers manage interest rate risk, and before that moved money across currencies for individuals and businesses at a foreign exchange provider. I know how finance leaders think, how they talk, and where the boundaries are when they communicate in public.

Now I use that background to write LinkedIn content for fintech founders and executives. I hold the relationship, learn the voice, and do the work myself.

I'm based on the Gold Coast, Australia.

Questions I get asked

Straight answers.

Was that AI-written?
No. I use AI for research and idea development, and I write and refine every post myself from your interviews, opinions, and approved source material.
I don't have time even to approve posts.
Every post still needs your approval before it goes live. Marketing can review first if you have a team. Once I know your voice and you trust the quality, approval gets faster.
What about compliance?
You set the guardrails and keep final approval. I work from your approved source material, flag anything that needs a closer look, and don't publish until the right person has signed off.
Why you and not an agency?
You work directly with me. I'm a one-person business, so your account isn't passed between salespeople, account managers, and writers. I hold the relationship and do the work.
Do you guarantee results?
No. The algorithm changes, and nobody honest can promise impressions, followers, hires, or sales. What I can promise is a consistent process, content written in your voice, and final approval before anything goes live. You can leave with 30 days' notice.
What do you need from me?
An hour upfront, about 20 minutes a week to approve the posts, and a 30-minute call each month. Stories, opinions, and the occasional photo or voice note make the content better.

Let's see if I can help.

In 30 minutes, I'll ask what you want to be known for, where LinkedIn fits into the business, and what's getting in the way. Then I'll tell you whether I'm the right person to help.
